Essential oils can be very powerful when used aromatically. Certain oils can be very stimulating, while others can be calming and soothing. Using a diffuser can also cleanse and purify the air. If you don't have a diffuser, you can also just place a few drops in the palm of your hand and breathe in deeply.

Applying essential oils topically can be very effective because they are easily absorbed by the skin. For example, apply Peppermint on your temples for head tension or on your stomach for digestive support. Always dilute with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil) for children or anyone with sensitive skin.

  • Neroli or Whisper as a perfume - helps me feel calm and balanced
