Sooooo relieved to have natural tools for pain relief right here at home. πŸ™πŸ» No doctor visit needed. πŸ™πŸ»No prescription or trip to the pharmacy needed. πŸ™πŸ»Today I’m using Lemongrass and Black Pepper topically…and Turmeric, Frankincense, Copaiba and Lemongrass internally (2 drops each). I have struggled with incredibly tight shoulder and neck muscles and am trying various approaches to deal with the pain.
