(We humans are fascinating beings sometimes, aren’t we?!? 🤪)I love this journal Remarkable NOW and it’s simple, yet thought provoking, joy inspiring, gratitude focusing questions (swipe to see the inside). I think my very favorite part is “visualizing your day.” ❤️This has been powerful for me! To set up this habit and become consistent with journaling, I have it set as a reminder on my daily schedule.
